Last month I looked at my portfolio and saw that I was lacking my favorite season - Winter. I needed some snow photography. So I decided to take off to the East Coast and hit Boston and Montreal. This series for todays blog is Boston in the snow. The city becomes even more charming under white. Enjoy.
My dream college. I attended in 1999 - 2000. Loved every second!
A solemn shot from the Fens...
I felt sorry for this guy. Someone should remember him. Lol.
The street I used to live on...
My first apartment from 1995...
My second apartment from 1999-2000...
In awe over this purple sunset...
I love Brownstones. Such class and history. One day...
Kenmore Square...
As the sun began to descend this shot defines Winter...
Then just as the sun was about to depart the lights come on to beautify the grounds...
Boylston Street in Back Bay. Probably my favorite part of Boston...
Trinity Church. Great Architecture...
Moved on to the Boston Commons. This gave me some great snow shots. Everything was covered in it...
There's a small hill in the Commons that I used to go to in the summer to read. It is such a great spot cause you can see the city skyline from it. Here it is. Still a great spot in the cold...
The golden leaves of New England...
When I first moved to Boston I was amazed at how many cemetaries there were right in the open all over the city. Now I look at them and they are such an important part of the historical charm. It wouldn't be the same without them...
In Copley Square there stands a statue of John Singleton Copley (1738-1815). He was an portrait artist and loved Boston. I think this next shot sums up a big meaning of Boston. The people there are so open and interesting. They haven't forgotten about their history nor the importance of Art & Music. The city breaths it and invites people from all around the world to keep it alive.
